Mission
- Develop leaders & teams through consistent prayer and application of leadership principles
- Train, equip, commission and provide ongoing support to Stephen Ministers & Facilitators
- Identify and refer care receivers to Stephen Ministers
The Stephen Ministry provides structure, training, and resources for lay caring ministry (called Stephen Ministry) at Life Community Church. Caregivers, called Stephen Ministers, provide one-on-one Christian care to the bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, separated, divorced, unemployed, relocated, and others facing a crisis or life challenge. Stephen Ministry helps the pastors and the congregation provide quality caring ministry for as long as people need it.
